Protect Your Investment With Penofin Oil Stain
As a home builder it is my responsibility to make sure my customers projects are built with quality and will last for years. I often make suggestions to them about what they can do to increase the longevity of their home, not unlike a car dealership telling you what maintenance needs to be done every so many miles. One of the biggest tips I give my customers is to have any wood on their property protected with a good wood sealer like Penofin. I have sided many homes with wood siding, have built wooden decks, and installed wood privacy fences and every time I tell them to have a professional come out and seal the wood with Penofin oil stain. I have used Penofin for years even before I become a general contractor I used to build decks for a company and Penofin was the go to stain that they and every other contractor would suggest. It far outlast other stains in durability and protection. When wood is left untreated it can deteriorate very quickly depending on the climate. Rain and sun break down wood fibers normally within the first year of the wood being installed. I work with pressure treated lumber, cedar, redwood, and other exotic hardwoods and I have used Penofin stain on all types and have had good results. The important thing for homeowners to realize is that a deck or house siding is very expensive so a good stain like Penofin is well worth the effort to protect that investment.
